I've flagged this number to the local authorities for further inquiry. Definitely a scam!

I received a rather peculiar call from an automated service, claiming there was a pending claim linked to me. They instructed me to dial 8557648843. Upon reaching this number, a bloke answered and immediately requested my phone number. To my surprise, he then addressed me by name, prompting me to confirm that it was indeed me. He then went on to demand my entire social security number and issued a phoney case number while threatening legal action. The irony is, I have absolutely no outstanding debts that could warrant such harassment. It appears that someone has somehow obtained my personal details and is attempting to exploit them. What's more alarming is that they are using my maiden name, despite being married. It's clearly a scam.

I'm really worried about receiving threats regarding a payday loan. They're pressuring me for payment and making it sound like a legal issue. It’s causing me a great deal of stress. Anyone else dealt with something similar?
