Got a call with a recorded message claiming it was from the IRS and warning me about something. I didn’t listen long and just ended the call straight away since the IRS never calls you by phone. Pretty obvious scam - just someone attempting to frighten you into handing over cash!

I got a message saying some kind of lawsuit has been started against me. Can't tell if it's real or a scam though. Seems a bit dodgy.

Got a voicemail claiming it was a warning from the IRS, but it’s definitely a scam. The IRS never phones people directly. I blocked the number straight away.
