I'm pretty sure I’ve had calls from this company before, and I’ve pressed 3 to stop getting any more. Still, today this same number rang me several times. Fed up with pressing buttons that clearly don’t work, I decided to try speaking directly to a real person, like I’ve done before, to make sure they remove me from their list. After missing a few calls, I finally caught someone live. Just as I was politely explaining that I’m not interested, the rep named Jonathan just hung up on me. Since then, I’ve left quite a few voicemails, simply asking them to confirm my number’s been taken off the list I never agreed to be on. Didn’t expect to be cut off mid-conversation when I started off friendly, asking how he was and calmly saying I wasn’t interested. Honestly, I’m annoyed by the constant calls, especially at work.
