I've been receiving persistent calls from this outfit, insisting that they assisted me with a Microsoft problem back in 2018. I made it clear that I've been using an Apple iMac for ages and have no Microsoft products whatsoever. The chap then switched tactics, asserting he was part of their Apple team. I told him that couldn't be right, as Apple Care is a totally different kettle of fish, and I asked him for his Apple ID. The situation escalated quite a bit, and in the end, he resorted to some rather colourful language.
