As soon as I picked up, I was greeted by a pre-recorded message from a woman stating something along the lines of, "your number has been successfully registered-" before it abruptly disconnected. After that, there was an awkward pause, and then I thought I heard a woman's voice trying to say, "hello, this is-" but the call dropped just like that. I didn’t hesitate to block the number.

I've been getting calls from this number nonstop! After the third time, I decided to ring them back, and it turned out to be some sort of programme aimed at older folks. There was a pre-recorded voice of a bloke named "Joe" asking all sorts of questions. Just when you think it’s all harmless, he casually adds, "press 1 if you'd like to opt out." A lady's voice then chimes in saying, "you have been successfully removed..." but clearly that’s not the case. It seems like I'm still in their system!
