What a load of morons. Seriously impolite people.

This bloke kept hassling me, asking for the owner by his first name only, like he was a mate or something. When I told him the owner was busy on another call, Mr Lucas wanted to hold on. I said I couldn't interrupt as the owner was tied up with another customer, so he should leave a message or his number. Then Mr Lucas asked me to get up and go tell the owner he was waiting on the line! That was a bit much, so I just told him to leave his details and the owner would call back. He hung up quite abruptly. Our shop is in Texas, serving mainly Houston and nearby, but this number flagged up from Georgia. I'd say don't pick up - sounds like a sales scam with a bit of a threatening vibe.

I got a call from this number but they wouldn’t tell me who they were. I rang them back to find out more, but they still wouldn’t say which company they were from. The two people I spoke to were quite rude and not very pleasant at all.
