I told her this number calls me loads of times daily, always some foreign person pretending they're tech support, and that I usually tell them to stop scamming folks before hanging up. She insisted they were Microsoft and just trying to sort out my computer troubles. I told her I’d heard Microsoft never makes unsolicited calls like this. She just replied it was a “courtesy call” to help me out.
