It was quite evident that the call was from a call centre, but what threw me was that they had both my first and last name. I simply informed them that I was busy at the moment. Should they attempt to ring again, I shall direct them straight to voicemail. Usually, proper business calls will refer to me either by my first name or mention my company, so it's rather peculiar.
