My husband noticed Virginia Beach VA on the caller ID and assumed it was the VA hospital there. When the person on the line began talking nonsense, he told them to speak slower because he couldn't follow what they were saying. After that, they just ended the call.

Over the last several days this number has rung me a bunch of times, always while I’m at work. Whenever I pick up and say hello, no one talks back but I can hear shuffling and breathing on their side. Seems like it could be a dodgy telemarketer messing up or maybe just someone playing a prank.
