I had a phone call from this number earlier today. An Asian lady claimed to be representing the Government regarding something like “Heating and Benefit”. She was determined to stick to her script, but I couldn't help but chip in with my own questions. Ultimately, she threw in the towel and ended the call. It’s blatantly a scam, especially since my number is on the TPS list! BT really ought to do more to prevent these fraudsters from obtaining numbers in the first place.
