Got a call from a bloke with a thick southern drawl, trying to get me to chip in for the police. Didn't sound quite right to me.

I got a call from this number -7327497505. A bloke on the line said he was ringing from the Police Department, asking for a donation. When I told him my husband handles all our money stuff, he pushed and said I could at least give 15 dollars. Then I got passed to a woman who asked for my home address and said they’d post me a form to fill in and I’d need to pay after that. I’m a bit worried now since they have my address and I don’t know what to do. Should I report it to the police? Any advice would be appreciated.
