They’ve been ringing us a couple of times each week now. We gave them a ring back once, and now their automated system wants my wife’s social security number. I told her not to answer the phone anymore. Most of the time, there’s just silence if she does pick up, but every so often they’ll push for the number.

When I rang back, there was an automated message about some JFK medical payment or something along those lines. They tried fishing for my details by asking me to input my home phone number. Sounded a bit dodgy if you ask me.
