Yet another dodgy call from the Microsoft/Windows con artists! The caller ID flashes up as NetworkSecure78, and sometimes it’s tagged with New Jersey. The chap on the line has a noticeable East Indian accent, and there’s a cacophony of Hindi jabber going on in the background. I firmly let him know I wasn’t interested and asked him to cease with the incessant calls, yet they persist. I’m getting bothered by these ringing nuisances 2 to 4 times daily for well over a month now. What’s worse is they hang up only after they’ve heard my voicemail greeting, leaving me with a string of blank messages. It’s utterly infuriating!

Received three back-to-back calls from this number. Clearly, 'no' wasn’t on his agenda. The chap who rang me had a strong accent and was remarkably pushy. His manner was quite unpleasant, to say the least.

I informed the individual with the limited grasp of English that I don’t possess a computer. To my surprise, they inquired whether any of my relatives might have one. I replied in the negative once more. After that, they abruptly ended the call, probably struggling to comprehend the situation.

I keep getting calls from these dodgy characters, and I’m absolutely fed up with it! I wish they’d get shut down for good. It feels like nothing more than a scam to infiltrate my computer and nick my details. They've already buzzed me twice today alone!

I received a call from this individual on March 24 at about 3 in the afternoon. His accent seemed to suggest he might be Indian, Pakistani, or possibly Sri Lankan. Oddly enough, he introduced himself as Steve Smith. He claimed that my computer was sending out some kind of alert messages within the network. Then, he requested that I install the Supremo software to gain remote access to my device. It was clear he intended to implant malware to seize control of my PC and obtain sensitive information-such as passwords and bank details. Naturally, I declined his offer. He has since attempted to reach me multiple times, but I've chosen not to answer. I strongly believe this matter needs to be reported to the authorities, perhaps the FBI would be appropriate.

I’ve had a similar experience. They ring me once or twice monthly. This occasion, they claimed there was an issue with my Apple computer (which I don’t even own). I strung the chap along for a fair bit, acting as if I was following his instructions. He eventually lost his temper and called me a liar and a fool. When he picked up on my laughter, both from me and some background noise, he promptly hung up. I’d recommend keeping them chatting for as long as possible; it’s quite amusing to watch them get flustered!

We've been bombarded by this number relentlessly! Despite repeatedly asking them to stop contacting our business, they continue to ring us, often with a pronounced foreign accent. Their rudeness is quite astonishing, and it's infuriating how persistent they've been. We absolutely wish for them to cease calling, especially after months of this irritating back-and-forth!

I recently had an encounter that raised quite a few eyebrows. A chap named Andy John rang me from a toll-free number, claiming to represent Network Secure 47, specifically their Mac professional support team. The numbers to reach them were 1 800 609 7139 and 1 888 927 3299, apparently operational around the clock. This call took place on the 15th of March, 2017, yet there was something off as they mentioned a payment but used another number, 732-200-1448. If anyone's had similar dealings with this lot or knows more about them, I'd love to hear about it! Their email, should anyone be curious, is [email protected]. Cheers!

They rang me three times consecutively, and the moment they mentioned it was regarding a secure network, I realised it was a con. So, I ended the call. When they tried again, I mentioned that if they could converse in proper English, I might actually understand them. I hung up once more. On the third attempt, I claimed that I didn’t possess a computer, and that seemed to do the trick - they hung up and haven't bothered me since!

I received a call from someone with a rather thick accent, claiming to be from something like a Security Centre. I kept saying "Hello?" a few times (quite amusing, really!) and then decided to ask them where they were calling from. When they replied "America," I pressed on and asked which state. Their response? "Denmark." I pointed out that we don't actually have a state called "Denmark," to which they quickly corrected themselves to "Denver." I then cheekily inquired what time it was in "Denver"... and just like that, they hung up on me. Quite the laugh!

I received a call from someone with a heavy accent, insisting they were from "Support Services". I informed them that my number is registered on the National Do Not Call List. Despite this, he insisted there were issues originating from my computer. I politely pointed out that I don’t even own a computer at home and firmly requested that they refrain from calling me again!

Absolutely dodgy, this lot! They sometimes operate under the name Networksecure78. They'll often inquire whether you possess a Microsoft machine and might even go as far as to assert they’ve previously sorted out your computer, which you apparently don't recall. For goodness' sake, resist the urge to switch your computer on!

If you encounter this scam, just inform them that you've moved on from Microsoft-perhaps you’re now using an Android, Mac, or even Linux. Finish with a polite "thanks anyway" and then hang up. It’s the best way to deal with them!
