Sorry you think I'm some sort of scammer, I know there’s loads of those nowadays. But I only contact people who’ve replied to a letter we sent them. The letter asks them to ring us so we can give info on how to keep their home safe if something bad happens, like death or if they can’t work anymore.

Got a ring from someone called “Brandy” who said she needed to discuss my mortgage documents. All she mentioned was my house number, nothing about which firm she was from or her surname.
Pretty clear this was just a spam caller. Nope, not biting, “Brandy”.

This woman named “Brandy” rang me, saying it was about a mortgage postcard I apparently replied to. I’m pretty sure I never sent anything back to them. Total rubbish call if you ask me.
