Got a call saying I’d be ‘served’ within 24 hours or to ring them up ASAP before they shut today. I don’t owe any money though, so definitely just a scam.

About four days ago, I got a call threatening that "letters of intent" would be delivered to both my house and job if I didn't get in touch and sort things out within a day. Today, a different person rang saying there were "documents to sign" and that I'd be served at home and work within 24 hours. I expect another call in a few days with more threats about papers to be served in the same timeframe. Hopefully, they'll tire of it soon. For now, I'm just going to ignore the calls and delete any voicemail left.

Got a call from a woman whose name was completely unclear. She said she had legal documents to serve me and would be sending someone round to my place and workplace to deliver them. Said if I wanted to avoid that, I should ring this number. Total nonsense and just plain harassment. Seems like plenty of folks fall for it or they wouldn’t keep doing this rubbish instead of getting a proper job.

Got a call saying I supposedly have some sort of returned note and that there's a case filed against me. I honestly have no clue what they were going on about, and I’m pretty sure I don’t owe anything. Definitely a scam if you ask me!

Today at work, I got a call from someone claiming to be with the county sheriff’s office, saying they’d be serving me something if I didn’t get back to them. I rang the number back and had to ask who I was talking to. The person said they were from Asset Retention Services and tried to pressure me into giving info, saying I owed a large sum of money.

Got a call supposedly from Asset Retention Services, asking for my daughter. I tried searching online but couldn’t find any details about this company. When I rang them back, it went straight to voicemail, and it sounded like a kid was speaking. Bit fishy if you ask me.

I’ve had this number ring me up three times just today and yesterday, leaving voicemails telling me to ring (727)209-7376 to avoid having some officer sent to my door with paperwork from the county. My other half is a Lieutenant with the Sheriff’s office here, and there’s no one named Miranda working there. I’m not behind on any payments either, so it felt fishy right away. When I tried calling that number back, no one picked up. These annoying calls from this number are seriously driving me mad.
