The caller wanted to speak with my husband but I explained that I was his wife. They said they'd ring back, but I told them not to, and then they just ended the call on me. This company keeps ringing me multiple times a day and it's really frustrating!!!

I picked up and there was a pause before the woman spoke. She was asking for my husband but got our surname wrong, even though it’s pretty straightforward. I told her she must have the wrong number and ended the call.

Once that message finished, the phone started ringing again and then an automated voice told me their office hours are 9am to 9pm CST and asked me to get in touch during those times. I tried calling at 5pm, just a few minutes after their call came through. Bit of a strange way to handle things, if you ask me.
