Got a call from a recorded message claiming to be from Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. I hit '1' to get details and then the line just went dead. Total spam. I’m on the "do not call" registry, but it clearly didn’t stop this rubbish.

I went ahead and blocked the number and I'm planning to report them on the government's do-not-call site. Seriously, something has to be done about this, it's got to stop!

This number and some others like it keep ringing me again and again, making it really annoying. Mostly, it’s insurance firms pestering me nonstop. I even put my number on the do not call list but it hasn’t helped at all. What else can I do to make them stop?
