I have this caller screening thing set up on my phone for any unknown numbers or ones marked as spam. If they're ringing you up multiple times a day - like they've been doing to me, sometimes up to 4 times daily - it usually means there's some issue with one of your accounts. The worst bit? Even after you sort it out, they keep phoning until their system finally catches up with your payments from days ago. It's so frustrating! Honestly, they could at least leave a voicemail instead of just hanging up.
