Some bloke rang me up asking for my case number, claiming he was checking for a warrant. Then he phoned my brother from a Florida number, threatening to subpoena him. I told him straight up he’s a scammer and reported the whole thing to the FTC.

This is a scam for sure. It’s not right to threaten with legal stuff or say they’ll send subpoenas to a business like that. Totally illegal behaviour.
