After that, he kept pushing me to select "Join Remote Control Session", saying it was to sort out viruses and all. I told the guy I wasn’t comfortable with that and wanted to check with someone first. He said he’d get his supervisor. Moments later, someone came back on the phone, probably the same bloke just messing with his voice, asking if I’d clicked "Join Remote Control Session". I said no, and that I needed to check with my brother-in-law who’s a computer whiz.
