So I was proper stuck at work all day, kept my phone tucked in my pocket and didn’t check it. Then after 5pm, I looked and saw I’d apparently made a call to this number at 1:18pm earlier, and they’ve charged me £9 for it! I’m baffled how I could have done that since I didn’t even take my phone out. Might be some kind of hack or scam? The number is +1 (716) 405-0400. I’ve blocked it straight away but just thought I’d warn others to watch out for this.

I had to get in touch with the customer service for Polbox internet TV and I must say, it wasn’t the easiest experience. They seemed a bit slow to respond, which was frustrating. Hopefully, they can improve their support soon.
