I think this number is legit, it sends out verification codes over the phone instead of texting them. So if you don’t recognise it, maybe someone entered the wrong phone number when signing up somewhere.

Don't stress, this is just Google trying to send a code to verify the number someone put during sign up. If they made a mistake entering the digits, then yeah, the code might end up going to someone else by accident ;)
