On the 17th of December around 6:30 in the evening, I got a call from a man. He muttered something about a "telephone," but I really couldn’t make out what he was saying.

Got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent who claimed his name was "Alex" (as if!). He said he was ringing from "TalkTalk Internet Providers" and started with a cheerful "How you doing today?" I asked straight away if he wanted to take over my computer remotely, and he quickly said "No No". Then I asked him what exactly "TalkTalk" was, and he just suddenly dropped the call. Bit fishy if you ask me!

This number called me twice. When I answered the first time, all I got was a busy tone. I hung up, and then they called right back straight away. Really frustrates me how many dodgy numbers are out there. I've even signed up with the TPS to try and stop this nonsense.
