Got a message from a number with a 713 code, which I know is from Texas, but I'm in Indiana. The text said something like, “Hey, Dr. Mike, it’s Ashley. I need to push back my dentist appointment because I’ve been super busy lately.” I decided to look up the number, and all signs point to it belonging to a Michael Lanclos, not some Ashley. Honestly, the whole thing just seemed a bit dodgy to me.
