Had a rather pesky experience with an utterly mute caller. It's rather irritating, isn’t it?

In just twenty minutes, we've received a couple of these pesky robocalls from this particular number, along with several others. Each time, the automated message rambles on about how "Sorry, there are no agents available" and instructs us to press 1 followed by the £ sign to unsubscribe. Quite ridiculous, I must say, considering there isn’t a £ sign on any phone’s keypad! I gave pressing 1 and # a go instead, but it’s all very irritating. The uncertainty of what might happen if I dabble with these prompts from a machine is quite unnerving. In total, we've endured five of these automated nuisances from various US numbers within the last hour alone!

I received a call today, 29th August 2019, from someone who wanted to have a chat with a few random individuals...

This number has been incessantly calling me, pestering for individuals I've never encountered. It's happened roughly five times today alone! If they dare to ring again, I'll simply cut the call.
