9 yearsWhen I picked up the phone, there was an unusually long pause before anyone spoke, so I decided to hang up. Since it was a local number, I thought I'd give it another go after a bit. When I redialled, a recorded voice of a woman instructed me to press "1" if I wanted to be placed on the "do not call list". It mentioned that all their agents were currently occupied but I could leave a message at "[email protected]".
