I received one of those pesky automated phishing calls from the number 707-715-5405, which is a VoIP line marketed by:

It seems they utilise a service like IPC to place the call or send a text, leaving behind a message instructing you to ring them on a different number. In this instance, they provided the number:

877-217-0808

This number appears to be a temporary one.

I've taken the liberty of reporting both that number and IPC to the FCC, FTC, and the DNC as well.
