I received an unexpected call that showed up as "Unknown" on my phone, lacking any identification, and it didn’t register on my call history either. Strangely enough, my additional software flagged it and placed it in quarantine. If it had been a genuine call, it’s quite feasible that the number was manipulated by someone to disguise their actual digits and trick me. I should also mention that spoofing caller ID could now be against the law due to the new legislation passed in Congress-the "Anti-Spoofing Act of 2017," known as House Resolution HR 423.
