I've had a number of missed calls from this number. Every time I pick up, there's just silence on the other end, so I've decided to just let it ring and not bother answering anymore.

I found it quite difficult to decipher what he was saying. He inquired about my father, but stumbled over his name. I mentioned that my dad wasn't around and offered to jot down a message. He declined, insisting he'd ring back another time, and hung up before I could request to be added to their do-not-call list. I was really baffled about who it was. When I attempted to return the call, it was still hard to make heads or tails of it. However, I managed to get my number added to their do-not-call registry. The name that pops up on my caller ID is IMC, and their voicemail claims to be linked to the National xxxx Association. Fingers crossed they actually take me off their list. I've also blocked the number just in case!
