13 yearsI had a rather unpleasant experience with a call from 707-383-5358 - apparently from the ELECTRIC DEPT. Turns out it's a debt collection agency trying to conceal their actual identity. The individuals on the other end of the line were utterly disregardful, showing no concern whether they had dialled the right number or reached the right individual. Their tactics were nothing short of aggressive; they resorted to threats and harassment, demanding payment that I simply don't owe. They went so far as to ominously threaten they’d send someone to my doorstep or involve the police and even file lawsuits!
