I'm getting nonstop calls from this charity trying to sell me stuff, it's so frustrating. Can someone do something to make it stop?

The "Canadian Diabetes Association" keeps ringing me up several times a week, sometimes even multiple calls in one day! They switch numbers but this one pops up the most. I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. I've also sent several emails asking to be taken off their list, but no luck. I get that it’s for a charity, but seriously, enough already! So frustrating!
