I keep getting calls around 10 or 15 times every day from someone claiming I owe cash for magazines I never even ordered.

They claimed to be from the magazine company I got ripped off by. I flagged it as a scam because I’d already forked out nearly £400 and didn’t receive a single magazine or the freebie they said would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. I waited over three months and absolutely nothing showed up. Despite changing my mobile number, the annoying calls keep coming. I’ve lost that money and am still getting pestered. If you hear from any magazine firm using numbers like 540 9605, 9604, 9609, 9603, etc., beware. It looks like they’ve grabbed every number starting with 705 540 960 and just swap the last digit regularly. They seem to rotate the numbers about every month.
