Got a call from someone pretending to be the irs, kept threatening me, it was really scary.

The person claimed to be from the IRS, but once I told them I was looking up the number online since the IRS never calls like this, they just hung up straight away.

Got a call earlier from someone claiming they were from the IRS, making threats. I told him to stop using my number but he refused. Then he started swearing at me, said something along the lines of messing me up so I wouldn't even notice future calls. The guy had an Indian accent too.

Got a weird call from someone with an East Indian accent saying I’d be arrested if I didn’t answer. It felt like a total scam. Wish there was a way to actually punish these folks for making these annoying calls. Maybe call it “stalking” or something similar? I know it’s just annoying for most of us, but I worry older people might fall for it and get really scared.

I got a call claiming I’d face arrest over tax evasion. Just a heads up, the IRS never rings you up or threatens stuff like that. This was totally a scam and not allowed. They really need to put a stop to these calls!
