I received a rather alarming voicemail from this number last night. A gentleman with a strong accent introduced himself as Jason Miller, urging me - or my solicitor, for that matter - to return his call without delay. He ominously added that if I failed to do so, all he could offer me was a bit of luck when the authorities showed up at my door. Upon returning the call, the line claimed to be the IRS, alleging that I owed back taxes for the years 2009 through 2012. They insisted that unless I transferred £1800 within a mere 45 minutes, I would have the police at my residence and face imprisonment for at least 90 days! Despite having no tax debts myself, the pressure was mounting and being a mother of three young ones really added to my anxiety. In a state of distress, I contacted my solicitor, and upon hearing the number, she immediately recognised it as a scam! After a quick search online, I confirmed that it was indeed fraudulent!

On the 15th of April, I received a rather peculiar phone call. A mechanical voice claimed to be that of a police officer, urging me to contact a number, 703-594-5004. Curiosity got the better of me, so I returned the call, only to be greeted by someone identifying themselves as "Gary" from the IRS. When I mentioned that I had been prompted to call back, he curtly responded with “No information, ma'am.” I pressed further, inquiring what actions I should take regarding this mysterious call, yet his response was again, “No information.” Quite the odd encounter, if you ask me!

I received a rather puzzling call at precisely 5:31 PM. The voicemail was unintelligible, just a jumble of sounds. When I attempted to ring back, the individual identified himself as an officer, claiming to provide a badge number, but then the call dropped unexpectedly. My subsequent attempts to reconnect were met with a busy signal. Curious, I searched the number online and reached out to the police department near Washington, D.C. It’s imperative that whoever is behind this needs to be addressed promptly. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a call on my mobile, and it's quite concerning.
