I've just had a chat with this bloke. He didn’t bat an eyelid when I mentioned that Beta Property Holdings popped up as a potential scam on my iPad. He confidently claimed they were associated with the Las Vegas Better Bureau Association. Quite the character!

This feels like a classic timeshare con. They claim to represent Beta Property Holdings Inc, based in Las Vegas, and have made an offer to purchase my timeshare. However, they insist on an upfront payment, and considering my timeshare has been inactive for years, it all seems a bit dodgy. Definitely not the real deal!
