Don’t fall for these guys, they’re a complete rip-off. They promise to purchase your timeshare, but the deal never actually goes through. On top of that, they try to get you to cough up thousands for Mexican fees and taxes before anything is finalised. It’s all a con. Lesson number one: never hand over any money for taxes or fees until the sale is properly sealed.

I just finished a call with this guy. When I told him from my iPad that Beta Property Holdings popped up as a scam, he didn't seem bothered at all. He kept saying they're actually members of the Vegas Better Business Bureau or something like that.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Beta Property Holdings Inc, based in Las Vegas, trying to buy my old timeshare. They wanted me to pay some money upfront first, which felt dodgy. Considering my timeshare expired ages ago, I knew it couldn’t be legit. Pretty sure it’s one of those timeshare scams.
