The chap is incredibly aggressive and rather impolite, even mentioning a few of our higher-ups by name. He's been ringing daily and seems utterly unfazed by my polite refusals. It's becoming quite bothersome!

I received a rather aggressive phone call from a salesperson who was relentless in trying to extract the contact details of my company's decision-makers. After enduring her pressure tactics, I ultimately had to tell her quite firmly to cease the calls and that I wasn't interested. To my annoyance, she hung up on me rather abruptly. She was claiming to offer ink and toner supplies, insisting that we had some prior dealings with them. However, following this experience, even if I discover we have indeed bought from them in the past, I can assure you we won't be considering them in the future.
