I've tried everything-hanging up immediately, cutting the call short as soon as I pick up, ignoring them altogether, even requesting to chat with a supervisor. Just this moment, I decided to respond politely, only for them to ask me to sit at my computer while they 'guided' me through resolving the so-called problem. So, I cranked up the TV to full blast and let the phone rest down. When I picked it back up, they'd already terminated the call! Brilliant!
