Unfortunately, she didn’t recognise the number and asked the caller to identify themselves, but they just kept rambling on instead of giving a straight answer. Frustrated, she ended up hanging up. It's really disheartening to think that some individuals can’t be bothered to clarify who they are, especially when contacting vulnerable older folks. It’s simply not right!
