I saw an ad on telly and thought i'd give £3 for a blanket, just once. But now my phone company tells me they've been charging me £3 every month without my say so. I never agreed to that, only that single donation. After this, i'm done with giving to any charity ads like that!

Saw a TV ad about tinnitus that asked us to text 70030 to get a leaflet. Nowhere did they say it’s a premium number. Wouldn’t bother messaging it unless you want an unexpected bill!

Got a message from someone saying it was UNICEF looking for donations. Seemed genuine and not a scam or anything dodgy, so I didn't mind donating a little bit there. Always good to help out where you can, and this felt like a legit cause.
