Since June 2017, they’ve been bombarding me with unauthorised premium texts from 700046812 without my permission. Honestly, how do you even take these con artists to court? They’re nothing but greedy money grabbers, stealing from people in broad daylight! We got a message from EE advising us to ring 03301340183, which is charged at a regular rate, to find out more about the fees. The lady on the line said they hadn’t received any stop requests, even though my partner sent one a couple of months back. Now we have to prove the date and prove the charges, which are a ridiculous £18 for nothing.
