8 yearsI never received any texts or calls from this company, but out of nowhere, O2 sent me a notification saying I was being billed for some premium service. I’m usually super careful about where I put my number, so I’m thinking either someone accidentally put theirs in as mine, or this is a dodgy scam. Whenever I try calling back on their London number, they hang up on me, and their 0800 line just keeps going to voicemail. It’s all a bit fishy if you ask me! Luckily, O2 sorted it out and gave me a refund, plus they’ve blocked the number now. Just watch out!O2London10 yearsDoes anyone know how to put an end to these calls?? It's driving me mad!10 yearsI've noticed this popping up on my EE account on four separate occasions, racking up a charge of £15.00. It seems they were related to text messages.EE10 yearsGot charged £3.75 for a message I never asked for, so annoying!11 yearsWe've ended up with a bill that’s reached thirty quid over the past two months. Virgin have been utterly useless in resolving this issue. Can anyone shed light on how we might go about getting a refund? It seems they’re only concerned about their own interests and couldn’t care less about their customers.VirginSubmit Your Own Report (700046032)
