I've been receiving premium text messages from this number without ever subscribing to anything. After loads of calls to Virgin Mobile and PhonepayPlus left me confused with conflicting info, I went straight to Intrugo. They passed the blame onto Veoo, who in turn blamed Mobile & Emails IT. Eventually, Mobile & Emails IT owned up to being responsible for the number. I've asked for a refund now. It’s a proper nightmare dealing with all these firms, but don’t lose hope - keep pushing even when they try to make getting your cash back tough as nails.

Just noticed some charges of £15 for premium texts from a firm named Intrugo, which I never signed up for. I’ve already asked for a refund. On the same days, I also got billed £3 per message from another company that seems totally unrelated! Really confused about what’s going on here.
