I've looked back over the past six months and there’s close to £100 in weird charges. I still haven’t figured out when it all started tho. Been dealing with some health stuff lately, so I haven’t kept up with checking as I should’ve. Honestly, I’m not getting my hopes up about getting any of it refunded!

I've been getting charged £2.50 every couple of days from 700038334, which adds up to £15 now! I called EE and they said I need to reach out to the person who owns the subscription to stop it.. you should look up [#][#]phonepayplus[###][###]/ to double-check the right email. At the moment, it's support@virtualrainbow[###]. They have 2 days to respond, and if not, PhonePayPlus will step in, but you have to make all the complaints yourself.

Got hit with some premium texts charging me £3 each time - total pain in the neck.

I think I somehow signed up with a firm that charges £4.50 for every text they send. If you didn’t mean to join, try reaching out to them to request your money back and to make sure they don’t keep messaging you.
