This number has been charging me £1.50 for loads of texts and Virgin just won't help, saying it's on us to pay. They told me to send a stop message but the number they gave won’t accept any texts at all. Absolutely rubbish service!

I'd recommend getting in touch with your mobile provider and requesting a block on all premium numbers, so you don’t even get the messages. I never actually got the text on my phone, as I’d already blocked the number on my device and deleted the messages. Why on earth am I being charged for trying to ask them to stop? It feels like a rip-off. I’ve ended up with another £15 charge this month alone, which is just ridiculous. Charging for incoming texts like this should really be illegal. I reckon the phone companies are partly at fault here for letting this mess go on.

Every few days, I keep getting texts from this number (700034963), and each one costs me £1.50. It’s starting to get a bit annoying.
