I find it perplexing that after I answer the call, there is no one on the other end. Moreover, upon calling the number back, I discover that it is no longer in service. It baffles me as to how someone can call me from a phone that is not in service. This situation is truly confounding to say the least.

I quickly ended the call, blocked the number straightaway, and only heard a few seconds of the recording. Even in that short time, it was evident that the call was suspicious and not to be trusted.
