I received 25 phone calls last week. The first time it was a guy claiming that I owed money to the Canadian revenue agency. The last time they called, the person on the line asked if I used the Mastercard access machine. I told them no and informed them that I wasn't interested, but they still insisted on addressing me by my name. This situation needs to be addressed; as a small business owner, I have other important matters to attend to rather than dealing with these absurd calls.

However, whenever you answer the call, there's no one on the other side. It's also not possible to contact the number when you try to call it back. So, how can we stop these unwanted calls?

Over the past two hours, we have received five calls from this particular number. Additionally, for the last few months, our office has been receiving over 15 calls per day from them. Unfortunately, whenever we answer, there is no one on the other end. In case someone can hear me, I express my frustration and ask them to stop calling. However, it seems like my message has no effect. We are not sure what else we can do to put an end to these time-wasting calls. I believe it's a robot making the calls; they phone me 10 times every day, with only 15 minutes in between. I choose to ignore them as my computer logs all these numbers, allowing me to see just how often they call. It's really quite irritating. Oh, indeed! I can't help but sympathize with the company's efforts to generate business, but it seems that all they receive are negative feedback.
