Incorrectly charging £4.50 each month

According to my records, I have been receiving calls from this number every Wednesday at 1pm for more than 3 months. Each time, I am charged approximately £3.50. I am completely unaware of the identity of the caller and have never given permission for these calls or charges. This is clearly a fraudulent activity. I contacted O2 and they instructed me to send a text with the word "STOP" to stop the calls. Unfortunately, my initial attempt to stop the calls was unsuccessful. I have recently sent another text with the word "STOP" and I am now waiting for a response.

I have also been charged £4.50 per message without my knowledge, and I wish to put an end to this. How can we prevent such occurrences? Do I need to contact my mobile phone service provider?

I am repeatedly being charged for this service, and I am unable to cancel it. Whenever I text "stop," the cancellation fails. What actions can I take to resolve this issue?

Every month, I have noticed that they are charging me for around 4 or 5 text messages. I want to clarify that I have never given them authorization for this, and I strongly believe it to be a case of fraud.

Every week on Thursdays, when I am at work and not permitted to use my phone, O2 bills me a sum of £3.75 for voice calls. This raises two questions: why am I being charged and how can I put an end to it? Your assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed that my account was charged £4.50 on multiple occasions - 29th May, 6th June, 13th June, and 20th June. Being an elderly person, I have been quite worried about these charges. Fortunately, my granddaughter has intervened and sent a STOP message. However, as I still have no recollection of receiving a text message, I kindly request assistance regarding this matter.

At 2:02 AM, I received a text claiming that I had joined the i-win weekly prize competition, even though I never did. The competition costs £4.50 every week until I reply STOP to 60686 or seek assistance by contacting i-win at 01567380029. Right after that, another message arrived informing me about last week's winner, Mr S Ide from Lincolnshire. Please be aware that sending messages may incur standard rate charges. Although I attempted to stop these messages by texting STOP to 60686, the attempt failed.

I've been attempting to cancel my subscription by sending "stop" to 60686, but it keeps failing. The notification I received stated: "You have entered the i-win weekly prize competition, and you will be charged £4.50 every week until you send 'stop' to 60686." I tried reaching out to i-win Help at 01567380029, but I couldn't get through to them either. What steps should I take next?
