12 yearsReceived a call on my landline from 562-628-9380, even though my number is registered on both the federal and state do-not-call lists. The automated message claims it’s “credit card services” saying my credit card is fine but I may be able to get a lower interest rate. It tells you to press certain numbers to either speak to someone or be taken off their call list. After waiting a bit with no response, the call just drops.
