Got a call from someone claiming to be from National Courier Service, but it didn’t feel right at all. They said they had a package for me, but when I asked who sent it, they couldn’t give a clear answer. I then asked for the company’s name and they repeated "National Courier Service." When I mentioned the address they gave didn’t match my confidential address, they said they’d return the parcel to the sender. Still, when I pushed for the sender’s details and their licence number, they dodged the questions and got all hesitant. After that, they just said they’d send the package back and ended the call. I then got in touch with the real National Courier Service to report that dodgy number using their name. Seriously, don’t share your address if you’re not expecting anything and always ask loads of questions about the company and their credentials!
