It's really annoying!13 yearsHello, I got a phone call from this number around 2:15pm on Monday, 18th November 2013. It was a woman with what sounded like an African accent. She already knew my full name and even mentioned a loan I had for education, plus a few other bits of personal info. She said because I have a clean criminal record and I’m a citizen, the government might be able to erase my loan, but I needed to fill out some kind of form. She asked for my full address, name, and date of birth, which I gave her. When I asked if she could send the details by email or post, she said I’d have to pay $3 for postage. Then she wanted my bank card details, but I didn’t give them. I asked if it was urgent to give those now and suggested paying in cash somehow, but she tried to pressure me to share the card info. I said I didn’t have my card handy. She said she’d call me back the next day.
